Refund policy

We accept returns on domestic sales within 14 days of the marked delivery date via the tracking number. Some returns may NOT be eligible for a refund (See 'EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS')

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.

In ANY return case, whether the item was defective pre/post shipment OR the incorrect item was purchased by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return label along with all other shipping costs. A shipping subsidy will only be processed once the item is received by staff at Truck Flow LLC and confirmed to be in the condition as described for the return. 

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return at truckflownj@gmail.com. We will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item. Once we have received your returned item, we will process the item and issue a refund.

All parts must be installed by a certified mechanic. Failure to show proof of professional installation will VOID warranty. No labor warranty is provided. Warranty is NOT transferable and applies ONLY to the original purchaser on the invoice. Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defect in the block, head(s), pistons, crankshaft, rockers and oil pump. All other parts that may be provided are "Accessories and extra parts", No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as, switches, cables, sensors, pulleys, alternator, fuel pump(s), injectors, turbo chargers, belts, water pump, electronics, hoses, manifold(s) and oil pans.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, like ANY Electronic items, and certain oversized products. Please message us if you have any questions regarding a non-returnable item.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
